Licensed to be different

You are not to curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind, but you shall fear your God. I am Adonai .
Leviticus 19:14 TLV

In this day and age whereby faults of other people , scandal and misfortunes of people are always on the headlines due to miscalculation or overlooking certain laws it really requires discipline on our part not to partake in mockery of an unfortunate individual.

The Good Samaritan story gives us a good example ,Most of us have become gurus in giving excuses of not being involved in helping the ignorant people, soul winning every one is too busy to be involved..but are always there to give reasons why your friend was responsible for their break up . misfortune

The case of Job gives us a certain scenario …Job is in pain .. picture this his wife suggested he curse his God and die …his friends came to accuse him of sinning …they actually said he deserved the punishment ..

How many times do we kill hurting people with our words ,it’s high time we learn ..in as much as the blind and deaf are disobeying all the natural laws or God’s ordinances we are instructed to correct them with love

It’s a pity most people are backsliding because we are quick to give judgement…leaven of Pharisees..this year we are to rise above cursing the deaf and putting stumbling blocks on the blind.

Being Christ-like calls for compassion in place of judgement. Wisdom is acquired in compassion. Jesus once said wisdom is acquired where there is mourning..when he was on the cross instead of cursing he pleaded with God to forgive his tormentors.

We have a similar case in the old testament whereby prophet Elijah was surrounded by an army..his servant was shaking in fear ..he prayed so God could open the servant eyes to see the army of Angels on their side.

I am challenging you my friend learn to pray for God to open the eyes of people around you ..Pray on their behalf for God to open their ears so they could understand..

We have a role to play…I consider it my duty to be a watchman for everyone around me..God is changing their lives ,their vision to be restored .,sharpen their discerning senses on your knees

We are licensed to be different ,we can’t afford to be dormant,a watchman’s duty won’t allow me to just sit and do nothing.

Rise above the norm.. mockery and backbiting is not in our DNA…be involved leave no chance for the devil to bring terror in your family and on your friends.

God gave us power to destroy the works of the enemy..What kind of soldier are you if you laugh ,curse and with your actions are a stumbling block to your fellow brother..

But then you argue that they don’t allow you to help…or that they have pride or whatever reason you might give ..wch cld be valid from the modern way of thinking..but I bet you no one can stop you from praying for the needy ..

It’s time to conquer..Rise above mediocrity we only rise by lifting others ,helping others with their yoke is what separates us from the masses..

Shalom

The more I understand God,The more I realise that my enemies are pushing me to my destiny

For you to understand what I mean by this let’s let’s read the Bible first

Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him. The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous; for he had possessions of flocks and possessions of herds and a great number of servants. So the Philistines envied him. Now the Philistines had stopped up all the wells which his father’s servants had dug in the days of Abraham his father, and they had filled them with earth.

Genesis 26:12‭-‬15 NKJV

The reason Isaac became a target of abuse it was simply because he was prosperous. For a long time I struggled to understand this part whenever someone would treat me bad or do nasty stuff to me ,I would blame myself ,felt like I deserved it the more I would try to understand their actions and couldn’t find fault in myself I got depressed.

I became an object of easy manipulation….there are people out there planning and plotting to pull you down..God designed it that way..you need blood thirsty people around you.

Infact you should count it a blessing if the do it publicly…Friend as much as it was unfortunate for Isaac that his enemies were destroying his well ..it was God’s intention for him to find his permanent well.

Stop crying over closed door …we don’t have that prestige..if a door closes….think plan B..God is with you he has always been with you.he never abandon his sheep.

But take note God is more impressed by faith put into action.,All things work for the good to us his children since we are called by his name..

Friend wake up ,this is not the time and day to cry over stolen or lost opportunities…You are well equipped start afresh and better than your previous attempts.

  • I choose not to boast about my yesterday achievements,
  • I am not defined by my failed relationships
  • I am not defined by what my enemies say about me
  • Jehovah Tsada .. Lord our Warrior is by my side
  • I am equipped for bigger things
  • My enemies in their attempt to bring me down they are setting me up for promotion
  • Jesus died so I could be free from the Jezebel spirit…(the element of hurting you so you can be easily controlled due to desperation)
  • I am on a journey I can’t afford to relax… closed door ,means new missions

Hallelujah

Let’s go back to the same chapter vs 21

Then they dug another well, and they quarreled over that one also. So he called its name Sitnah. And he moved from there and dug another well, and they did not quarrel over it. So he called its name Rehoboth, because he said, “For now the Lord has made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land.”
Genesis 26:21‭-‬22 NKJV

He went for another shot …they overpowered him yet again…but he started afresh till he found his rightful place wch he named Rehoboth – FOR THE LORD HAS MADE ROOM FOR US,AND WE SHALL BE FRUITFUL IN THIS LAND

We are born to be fruitful and to prosper in everything we do .Submit your ways to the Lord , put your faith into action ,reach for greater heights…aim for the impossible .,start a new path…I see you are so close to your destiny…get on your knees and thank him for your situation…

Jesus when faced with 5000 men to feed no food to give them…he took that chance to teach us a big lesson you mustn’t forget, He thanked God for providing for them,..He is a good God.

Then Jesus took the five loaves and two fish, gazed into heaven, and gave thanks to God. He broke the bread and the two fish and distributed them to his disciples to serve the people— and the food was multiplied in front of their eyes !
Mark 6:41 TPT

Count yourselves blessed in persecution

“You’re blessed when you’re at the end of your rope. With less of you there is more of God and his rule

“You’re blessed when you feel you’ve lost what is most dear to you. Only then can you be embraced by the One most dear to you.

“You’re blessed when you’re content with just who you are—no more, no less. That’s the moment you find yourselves proud owners of everything that can’t be bought.

“You’re blessed when you’ve worked up a good appetite for God. He’s food and drink in the best meal you’ll ever eat. “You’re blessed when you care. At the moment of being ‘care-full,’ you find yourselves cared for.

“You’re blessed when you get your inside world—your mind and heart—put right. Then you can see God in the outside world.

“You’re blessed when you can show people how to cooperate instead of compete or fight. That’s when you discover who you really are, and your place in God’s family.

“You’re blessed when your commitment to God provokes persecution. The persecution drives you even deeper into God’s kingdom

. “Not only that—count yourselves blessed every time people put you down or throw you out or speak lies about you to discredit me. What it means is that the truth is too close for comfort and they are uncomfortable. You can be glad when that happens—give a cheer, even!—for though they don’t like it, I do! And all heaven applauds. And know that you are in good company. My prophets and witnesses have always gotten into this kind of trouble.

God is always ready to accept anyone who repents but we are stubborn

“Come on, let’s go back to God . He hurt us, but he’ll heal us. He hit us hard, but he’ll put us right again. In a couple of days we’ll feel better. By the third day he’ll have made us brand-new, Alive and on our feet, fit to face him. We’re ready to study God , eager for God-knowledge. As sure as dawn breaks, so sure is his daily arrival. He comes as rain comes, as spring rain refreshing the ground.” “What am I to do with you, Ephraim? What do I make of you, Judah? Your declarations of love last no longer than morning mist and predawn dew. That’s why I use prophets to shake you to attention, why my words cut you to the quick: To wake you up to my judgment blazing like light. I’m after love that lasts, not more religion. I want you to know God , not go to more prayer meetings. You broke the covenant—just like Adam! You broke faith with me—ungrateful wretches!
