Jesus, just days before the disciples would receive their greatest commission from Him-“Go into all the world and preach the good news to everyone” (Mark 16:15,NIV)-established the working relationship He wanted with them.
“I no longer call you servants … but friends,” He said in John 15:15 (NIV ).
To be effective as a Prayer Warrior you have to understand your relationship with him. Satan destroys people by making them doubt their relationship with Christ.It is your identity in Christ which you must protect , your body is the temple of God , so Christ dwells within you .
If Jesus Christ refers to anyone reaching the lost with the message of the Cross as a friend, that means we can approach him as a friend. If our earthly friends can sacrifice everything to help us, just imagine what Jesus Christ would do if we approach him with our petitions.
He loves us unconditionally, so soldier when you pray, he answers in your favor. It is his will for you and your family to live a healthy and prosperous life. Do not doubt in your heart/mind when you pray. With the knowledge that he is our friend, we know exactly phow he will respond to us before we approach him.
Approach him with confidence. His answer is always yes. He is always true to his promises.
For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us—by me, Silvanus, and Timothy—was not Yes and No, but in Him was Yes. For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us. Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.-(2Corinthians 1:19-22 NKJV)
